The Satirical Entrepreneur was set up in 2010 originally as a medium for myself and other entrepreneurs to share their stories, trials and jubilations. Having had a small amount of time offline, unfortunately due to some issues we had, we are now back... and even though we do not have all our articles back on line yet, we are trying very hard to re-create the content we used to have as well as create new content just or your pleasure.

In 2008 I set up my third business. After a long list of unfortunate circumstances, partners and various other factors that meant my first 2 companies were abandoned. Now on my third one and having run it for some 3 years now, I figured out that determination, hard work and great ideas, are in fact, only a small part of a successful business. What is the big part, well simple really, LUCK! as hard as you work, as good as you are at something, there are always going to be people that are better than you, quicker and more intelligent than you, unless of course you are Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet or Stephen Hawkins. If any of you are readying this, then I do apologise, but please feel free to get in touch, we could always use some of your great wisdom.

So why create this site, well we want to bring some of our greatest moments, as stupid as they may in fact be and as much trouble or success as they may have brought us. The truth is, if you read our mistakes then maybe you won't make the same ones. Also in the site you will find some great advertising ideas, some of the funnier scam emails from which we are slowly building up a dictionary and collection of.
